Digby is an adorable 5 year old male Cross-Breed. We have been informed he is a Shih Tzu cross Poodle. He came into our care as his previous owner is in poor health and was finding it difficult to exercise him. He appears to have been passed around through no fault of his own and to our knowledge has had at least two previous homes.
Digby can be a little subdued and nervous when meeting new people. However it won’t take him long to come round and he is on the whole a friendly little dog. He can be stubborn and has a mind of his own. He enjoys his walks very much and is good on the lead. It is essential that he lives with someone who is around most of the time. He enjoys company and likes a lot of attention. Digby could be rehomed with older children. He lived with another dog previously but we were advised that he was a bit of a bully. For this reason we think he is better as a dog on his own.
Please note that his coat will need regular clipping and grooming.
